The February issue of the newsletter is now available

• the amendment to the Act on the National Cybersecurity System (implementation of NIS2), new obligations for critical and important entities, and severe financial penalties,
• changes to sick leave checks and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) case law, restrictions on powers of attorney in housing cooperatives, and the launch of the eUmowy system on praca.gov.pl.
