Consultations

Make an appointment for a consultation

Talk to a lawyer about your matter. How we can best help you depends on its nature, which is why we run consultations in two ways.

How it works

Two ways we can help you

General matters we resolve on the spot during the meeting. When a topic requires document analysis or is strictly specialist, we first prepare an opinion, and the consultation itself is a discussion of it.

Option 1

Consultation on the spot

General questions that a lawyer in the relevant field can answer directly during the meeting, without prior analysis of documents.

Choose this if
  • You have a specific legal or tax question
  • Your matter does not require analysis of contracts, files or documents
  • An answer and a clear direction for action are enough for you
  • You want a quick appointment, without waiting for an analysis
Example

“Can I terminate this contract, and with what effect?”

Option 2

Consultation after analysis

Matters that require document analysis or are specialist enough that a reliable answer needs preparation. The consultation is a discussion of the completed analysis.

How it works
  1. 1
    Write to us
Describe your matter by email and attach the relevant documents.
  2. 2
    Quote
We present the scope and cost of the analysis for your approval.
  3. 3
    Analysis
We prepare a legal opinion or analysis within the agreed timeframe.
  4. 4
    Consultation
We discuss the conclusions and recommendations at a meeting.
Example

„Please review the investment agreement before signing.”

Write to us

Not sure which option fits your matter? Write a short description of what it concerns to kancelaria@hww.pl and we will suggest the best format and, if an analysis is needed, prepare a quote.
