  • Maximum electricity prices – what are they really and how are they calculated?
  • Processes related to the processing of declarations by eligible customers.
  • Correct content of declarations – how should declarations be completed, signed and submitted?
  • How to settle overpayments arising after 23 February 2022; can they be offset against future liabilities?
  • How should declarations received after 1 December 2022 be treated?

  Lecture Part II – Compensation, the Fund, the Settlement Administrator and Discounts

  • Rules for awarding and paying out.
  • Obligations of eligible entities.
  • Requirements and deadlines for applications for compensation payments.
  • Applications for advance payments.
  • Contribution to the Fund – who is required to make it and in what amount?
  • Reporting obligations of producers.
  • Discounts, settlement rules.
  • Q&A session

  Lecture Part III – Freezing gas prices for businesses

  • Maximum sales price and freeze on distribution charges
  • Eligible entities – who is covered by the freeze?
  • Obligations of suppliers.
  • VAT refund.
  • Gas contribution to the Price Difference Payment Fund.
  • Q&A session.

The training is subject to a fee. After the training, participants will receive a recording and the training presentation, as well as a certificate confirming completion of the training. The cost of participation for one participant is: PLN 1,250 + 23% VAT
